Monarch Human Resources Placements was founded in (2024) and has traded successfully since inception. The personalities behind Monarch Human Resources Placements have over 30 years’ talent acquisition experience combined and have over the years developed a niche market, specifically geared towards recruitment within the Financial Services industry.

In terms of recruitment, we focus on permanent, contract and temporary assignments at a support, specialist and management/ executive level. Companies provide us with a list of their open job vacancies to source and place their personnel and staffing requirement which include advertising the vacancy, sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing and shortlisting applicants.
